The Wireless Technologies Laboratory was established in early 2004 by seven researchers from the Motorola Labs in Sydney. The Laboratory specialises in research and development of high speed wireless communications technologies. The Laboratory is currently engaged in projects in the areas of Ultrawideband and 4G Communications, Wireless Mesh Networking and Wireless Sensor Networks with applications in home networking, public safety and military environments.
