Wireless Research Group - WRG

Description

The Wireless Research Group is one of eight research groups within the Telecommunication and Information Technology Research Institute at the University of Wollongong. It is currently comprised of three academic staff and several postgraduate research students and every year hosts several visitors from around the world.

Research

The areas of research within the group are: space-time coding, mobile ad hoc networks, sequence design for DS CDMA applications, smart antennas for broadband wireless access systems, channel modelling, and error-control coding.

Education

The WRG is asociated with the Australian Communications Research Network and is active in the following areas of expertise:
